Service Description
A set of skills to equip individuals in hygienic practices and handling food safely during the storage, preparation, display, service, and disposal of food. This is a government approved course for those wanting to become qualified as a Food Safety Supervisor in the hospitality sector. Combining online and work-based assessment this course is the fastest way to get your Food Safety Supervision certificate.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the course, you must notify Le Culinaire Hospitality Institute on admin@leculinaire.edu.au two (2) business days prior to course commencement. Should you book less than two (2) business days prior to the course program, no refund will apply if you cancel. Should you not attend the course or are more than 10 minutes late into the course, no refund will apply, and you will be required to book and pay for another course time. No Refund will apply for NO SHOW.
